We are a small club focusing on high quality coaching. With only coaches who have competed at an international or professional level, our athletes benefit from the technical expertise of our founders, coaches Liz and Sokol. As a doctor in biomechanics, coach Liz is introducing special biomechanics correction sessions exclusive to our athletes, whereas coach Sokol is also introducing special development sessions from his wealth of knowledge in volleyball tactical systems from completing as a setter for team Albania and professional teams in the European circuit.

• Indoor Tryouts for the 2024/24 OVA have been extended to fill the following spots:
• Categories:
  • 4v4 Co-Ed U12 (Born Jan 2012 or later) – 2 spots
  • 6v6 Boys 2 spot
  • 6v6 Girls (13U – Born Jan 2011 or later) – 4 spots
  • TLS Boys (14U – Born 2010 of later) – 3 spots
  • TLS Girls (14U/15U – Born Sept 2010 or later) – 1 middle
    • Note: Athletes born between Jan-Aug 31st 2010 are eligible for TLS with an extension
